Gyrotonic Traning with Debra Rose, SF (Sept 15-20)

I am continuing the exciting journey with my Gyrotonic education, doing my supervised apprenticeship hours (part 3 of 4 in the certification process) at San Francisco Gyrotonic with master trainer Debra Rose. I've been blessed to receive instruction from such amazing master trainers, doing pre-training with Emma Kingston in Portland and the foundation work with Billy Macagnone in New York. Now that I've logged my 30-hours of teaching (of 60), I am ready to take on more details and fine tuning which Debra is such an expert at providing. It's a small class of 5 students, so the one-on-one attention is even more a treat! The next step is my final certification which will most likely happen in Miami in the summer of 2009.
